This policy applies to the HaoCut website, desktop application, account sign-in, downloads, licensing, and online AI features you choose to use.
2. Information we process
- Account identifiers, session status, and license information supplied through HaoAI sign-in.
- Download choice, release information, and basic network or device data needed for security and delivery.
- Support messages, contact details, and files you submit voluntarily.
- Content required to complete an online AI request, only when you initiate that feature.
3. Local media and project data
HaoCut is local-first. Imported media, transcripts, vector indexes, edit markers, and project data remain on your device by default and are not automatically uploaded by local transcription, search, or editing.
When you choose an online AI, account, feedback, or other network feature, the data needed for that request is transmitted to the relevant service.
4. Cookies and providers
We use essential cookies for OAuth sign-in, request protection, short-lived sessions, and sign-out. Infrastructure, identity, database, download, payment, and AI providers process only the data needed to supply their services. We do not sell personal information.
5. Use, retention, and security
We use information to deliver and secure the service, troubleshoot problems, provide support, comply with law, and improve the product. We retain it only as needed and apply reasonable access control and encryption measures.
6. Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or account closure where applicable. Contact privacy@haoai.pro. HaoCut is intended primarily for adults; minors should use it only with guardian involvement.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will provide appropriate notice of material updates.
