By using HaoCut services, you agree to these terms, the EULA, and the Privacy Policy. Features may vary by platform, version, configuration, and third-party editing software.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep registration information and credentials accurate and secure.
- Do not sell, lend, or share accounts or licenses.
- Use only content you are authorized to process, and do not infringe rights, break the law, bypass limits, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.
3. Pricing and refunds
Prices, device counts, entitlements, and promotions are those shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, eligible purchases may be submitted for refund within 7 days, subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.
4. Intellectual property and third parties
HaoCut software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain the property of their rights holders. Third-party identity, payment, delivery, AI, and editing products follow their own terms. References to third-party products describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement.
5. Availability and responsibility
We may change services for security, maintenance, compliance, or product improvement. AI and editing suggestions require your review, and you should keep backups. Disclaimers and limitations apply only where lawful and do not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
